Tigris GamesIn short: Tigris Games apps work fully offline and collect no personal data. There are no ads, no trackers, and no analytics. Your progress is stored only on your device.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications published by Tigris Games ("we", "us", "our"), including MathNova and its games MathShot and CrossMath (together, the "Apps"). If you have any questions, contact us at hello@tigrisgames.app.
2. Information we collect
We designed the Apps to need as little information as possible. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. We do not operate accounts, and we do not ask for your name, email, location, or contacts.
Data stored on your device
The Apps save your game data — such as level progress, scores, streaks, medals, settings, and unlocked themes — locally on your device using standard on-device storage. This data never leaves your device through us, and it is removed if you delete the App.
3. Apple Game Center (optional)
If you choose to sign in to Apple Game Center, the Apps may submit your scores to leaderboards and unlock achievements so you can compete with other players. This feature is optional and managed by Apple. Any data handled through Game Center is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy, not by us. If you do not sign in, no ranking data is shared.
4. No advertising, no tracking
The Apps contain no third-party advertising, no advertising identifiers, and no analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not build profiles of you and we do not sell or share data with anyone.
5. Children’s privacy
Our Apps are suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information from anyone, we likewise do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Apps are designed to comply with children’s privacy principles, including COPPA and GDPR-K.
6. Data security
Since your data stays on your device, its security is tied to your device’s own protections. We hold no copy of your information on external servers.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU) or CCPA (California). Because we do not collect or hold your personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our side. You can clear all locally stored data at any time by deleting the App.
8. Third-party platforms
The Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms may collect data under their own policies when you download or purchase apps. Please review the Apple and Google privacy policies for details.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
