Terms of Use

The simple rules for using our apps. Please read them before you play.

In short: Our apps are free to enjoy for personal use. They are provided “as is”, you may not copy or resell them, and we keep improving them over time.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using any app published by Tigris Games ("we", "us"), including MathNova, MathShot and CrossMath (the "Apps"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, solely for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Apps;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
  • Use the Apps in any unlawful way or to interfere with their normal operation;
  • Cheat or manipulate leaderboards or other shared features.

4. Intellectual property

The Apps, including their design, artwork, code, puzzles, and the names Tigris Games, MathNova, MathShot and CrossMath, are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

5. Price and purchases

The Apps are currently offered free of charge, with no advertising and no in-app purchases. If we introduce optional paid features in the future, any purchase will also be subject to the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play through which it is made.

6. Third-party services

The Apps are distributed through, and may interact with, the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Apple Game Center. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies, for which we are not responsible.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tigris Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Apps.

9. Updates and availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the Apps or any feature at any time to improve quality or for technical and legal reasons.

10. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the Apps.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer law in your country of residence applies.
